Opbouw van jouw mbo-opleiding

Je opleiding bestaat uit 3 delen:

  • basisdeel
  • profieldelen
  • keuzedelen

Klik In the Netherlands, there are legal specializations and studies within the Middle School Vocational Education (MBO) tracks, specifically at the fourth level (MBO Level 4).

These specializations are not the same as academic "law" studies (which are at the HBO or WO levels), but rather are programs that focus on legal, administrative, and practical support in specific fields.

The legal specializations available in the MBO track

These specializations often fall under the "administrative and economic services" sector, and the most popular are:

* Legal, Insurance & HR Services Specialist (Legal, Insurance, and Human Resources Services Specialist):

* This is the official name (Crebo) for the specialization, formerly known as "Juridisch-administratief dienstverlener" (Legal Administrative Services Provider).

* Level: MBO Level 4 (MBO Level 4).

* Tasks: This specialization trains students to work in support and assistance roles for lawyers, companies, and government agencies.

 * Areas of study: Includes courses in Basic Law (Basiskennis Recht), Labor Law (Arbeidsrecht), Criminal Law (Strafrecht), Tax Law (Belastingrecht), Social Security (Sociale Zekerheid), and Human Resources Management.

* Employment: Law firms, notary offices (Notariskantoor), insurance companies, banks, government agencies (such as the municipality or tax office), and corporate human resources departments.

* Juridisch Medewerker (Legal Specialist):

* A program similar to "Legal, Insurance & HR Services Specialist," focusing on assisting clients or employees with basic legal and administrative issues and handling documents and contracts.

* Study nature and career path

* Objective: To prepare students for executive and administrative support positions that require a working knowledge of Dutch laws and regulations. These degrees do not qualify students to work as lawyers (Advocaat) or judges (Rechter), as these require university studies (WO).

 * Progression to higher education (HBO): The MBO Level 4 qualification qualifies the student to proceed directly to study law (HBO-Rechten) or social-legal work (Sociaal-Juridische Dienstverlening - SJD) at universities of applied sciences (Hogeschool).hier om een tekst te typen. In the Netherlands, there are legal specializations and studies within the Middle School Vocational Education (MBO) tracks, specifically at the fourth level (MBO Level 4).
